MS-65 from pictures. Probably MS-66 because of the color.
Retired dealer and avid collector of U.S. type coins, 19th century presidential campaign medalets and selected medals. In recent years I have been working on a set of British coins - at least one coin from each king or queen who issued pieces that are collectible. I am also collecting at least one coin for each Roman emperor from Julius Caesar to ... ?
It looks like a coin I would have owned at one point, but I don't think I ever did.
In one of my searches, I came across this page. I can't recall what I was searching for exactly but it came up. Then a few days later, I see this Franklin at GC and think, that looks familiar. I go back to the website and it appears to be a match. That is why I asked the question.
Hey! I used to own that coin! Nice catch. I told you it was pretty! Looks like I purchased it at the November, 2016 Baltimore show and would likely have had it sold within a few weeks after that. Pretty wild.

Looks like a nice MS65, lackluster obverse and a nice rainbow (not nuclear) reverse which wouldn't carry the grade for a bump.

I’m at 65 with these pics.
I think it could go MS66. Not FBL, however.
Fantastic reverse, of course.

MS66 non-FBL.

Very clean non FBL. I would bet it's a 66.
Did you own this own at one point?

That’s tough, a really great coin. I’m hoping it’s 66
I'm BACK!!! Used to be Billet7 on the old forum.
You and the others who guessed 66 were correct!

Still like the toning on the reverse 🙂
