This time I am hoping to buy! Excited for CSNS as it was my first major show I've been to.

Are you asking dealers or collectors? I feel like they might have different perspectives.

I have a deal for a very rare coin lined up that I hope to close and picking up two rare books from a dealer friend.

I am always hopeful of finding something on the floor but that’s usually a Mendoza line or less batting average.

There are some auction lots I’m looking forward to viewing and of course connecting with friends.

Hope to find something that I need and have a good time.

If I was attending my primary goal would be to meet my favorite coin celebrities and that includes you, Micah!

Would love to buy, but the longer I collect the pickier I get.

I have a burning curiosity compelling me to inquire: Do you often speak in third person irl or only in written form?

Honestly, I am at a loss at to your inquiry (and, intention).

Just wondering if you ever refer to yourself in third person (RedRocket agrees vs I agree) in spoken language, or only occasionally on the forum (a distinguishing trait that stood out to me upon my recent advent to the platform).

    Okay, gotcha.
No, only on this forum and it's been a while since having done so.
(Esteemed board members recommended I stop doing so and I did stop.)

Ah well, to bad about that. 'Twas a notable and not wholly unpleasant change from the typical comment.

Drop off coins for cross-over, upgrades, CAC. Keeping an eye out for something special.

This will be my first major coin show. I plan to drop off a few coins for grading, but mostly I just want to take it all in. Four hundred tables! How is that even possible? I'm always looking for something special. I plan to get there first thing on Friday. Is that smart? I don't think I can attend on Thursday.

Be mentally prepared for a long line at the grading services, so you can be glad if its short 😉

Thursday might be the best day followed by Friday. Some dealers start leaving Friday around noon and by Saturday quite a few will have left.
