What expert? What proof? I've yet to see any. And it was more than two of us. 2 photographers also weighed in. Can you repost the evidence and tag me on it? I clearly missed it.
If you're talking about Dan Carr, he's not a photography expert. He may have found one or two, but I'm still not sure how 1 or 2 of 200 makes us wrong and you right. The only one you posted was a rendering.

I'm not an expert on photography or AI rendering, but imo what you posted was not a photo and it was out of scale. What I posted was a photo in scale. ( the Comic OGP)...

We KNOW that if the Mint said it, you wouldn't believe it. Two photographers said it and you haven't even acknowledged their posts at all. You only acknowledge the one post by the one person who said he found 2 photos. [Even he didn't say they were all or even mostly photos.]
And you're dead wrong even about what I said. I admitted from the beginning that there could be a few and challenged you to find them. But the fact remains that almost all, if not all, of the images from the last few years are renderings not photographs. For whatever reason...

This thread is for the Silver Proof set.
Please show some respect for forum etiquette.
Your post from March 6 was, unfortunately, unheeded.
Just like recent presidential coin and currency threads, this one went off the rails long before that and continues barreling onward.
I was almost able to compile a Sweet Sixteen list of off-topic items, but fell just short.
So, with apologies to posters whose topics didn’t make the cut, here’s the Elite Eight (go Illini)…
2025 Silver Proof Set
2026 Proof ASE-W
2026 Congratulations Set
2026 Clad Proof Set
2026 Uncirculated Set
2026 Enhanced Uncirculated ASE-W
2025 & 2026 Pennies
Presidential Gold Coin & Superman (these are 2 different individuals, by the way)
Right now a subscription is like getting a lotto ticket for free that you can tear up before delivery if the numbers don't match.
PS We will know the numbers just prior to the mint releasing the product. That is when the subscribers should decide what to do.
Thank you very much for starting this thread way back on January 8. This is one of the 2026 mint products
I am interested in.
Now that a revised sales date of June 11 has been posted, hopefully we can concentrate on “the numbers”.
Right now subscriptions are unavailable, how many have already been subscribed is unknown,
and the ATS number is 9240.
It looks like silver proof sets have been sold,d to the ABPP buyers at a 5% premium in the past.
Will we know in mid to late May if and how many will be made available to them?
At a 151K or less, these sets could be in high demand for crack-outs and individual slabs.
Thanks!
I'm hoping the sales numbers will be posted well before the sales date that shows how many subscriptions were taken for these. When added to the ats then we have what was possibly struck for this product.
It may be they are not making the full stated product limit, or it may be that they are. If it is short struck then these will perform much better, they short struck the Congratulations set to 40k but are now doing 20k more of that. Hopefully they short strike these and leave it alone.
The low ats of 9240 they have up now may not be accurate. If it is then maybe much less were made.
The mint seemingly tries to make all of their images look consistent, and they obviously use software to filter and adjust them, so for a couple of posters that expect to see images like they were taken by a cell phone, sorry that isn't good enough. Because none of them look amateurish doesn't mean they aren't using photographs. They also cannot photograph coins that don't exist yet. So yes some (many) are also computer rendered. That doesn't mean they all are. End of story, lol.
The mint site is a pain. There showed two available for subscription tonight. It took me probably 45 minutes of trying over and over and over again, but I was finally able to claim them both. The last few times over the last couple weeks that I saw one available, same thing but was not successful in claiming one. I am up to three now, I think I am done. Probably don't need three as it is.

Indeed, you are the Undisputed King when it comes to "Fun With Numbers", and I'll leave it right there.
Yes indeed! Everybody likes to have some fun, right? Especially with numbers!
To that end, posts from you are frequently off-topic, uninformative, and frivolous. And they rarely miss a chance to be critical, demeaning, or confrontational. (like the one quoted above)
So here is a Final Four (go Illini) list compiled just for you:
One - The US Mint also loves numbers, and has fun engraving them on coins and furnishing production and sales figures that are often debated.
Two - Our hosts put coins in slabs numbered from 1-70. Currently you rate a 2 or 3 but there’s always hope for a
crack-out and upgrade.
Three - Speaking of our hosts, one of their rules is “Posts must not contain inappropriate language in the form of …
name-calling…”. In a recently closed thread, you referred to 2 other forum members as “deranged” and an
“Idiot”. Perhaps you should be 86-ed by PCGS.
Four - After seeing that map you put on the aforementioned closed thread, you’ll always be known to me as
“Mr. 75%er”.
Finally, since I posted political humor recently and am currently counter-punching downward on this post,
I am imposing a 30 day suspension on myself, effective immediately. Wonder if a member that has averaged over 6 visits and 2 posts a day for the last 500 days with a penchant for attempted 1-upmanship can top that number.
So, MAY THE 4Th be with you!
Wow? ⇈ that one came out of nowhere. So much for offering up a compliment.
I don't recall directly calling someone an "Idiot", and I don't care to look back at my posts or the posting history of others, as you seem to like to do with your time, vs collecting or talking about coins. Perhaps someday, you'll post a NewP, or a recent submission, but I won't hold my breath on that one.
Deranged? Far from name calling. Maybe next time I'll just refer to that poster as being "wildly irrational" the next time he posts "8647". Feel better? Good!
FYI the map was an indicator of the popular vote by county, and I used it for visual effect more than anything else, sherlock.
Thanks for the reveal on your allegiance to IL. ✓
I'll never be able to 1-up you when it comes to stalking the Mint for 'ats' numbers, so congrats!
Enjoy your time away. Happy MAY 4Th...
Off topic, but still coin collecting related - for your pleasure.
My most recent submissions have finally came back. Before, then after...

Also note they've added release dates through August. They've spread the big dollar items out a little bit so it's not such a budget-buster if you're inclined to own those.
I don't know if any potential winners remain that are somewhat affordable. I don't flip, even when I manage to get more than one of something, it is not about making a profit, but that I like having an item or two that are a bit more unique. Congrats set +20,000, Enduring Liberty +20,000/+40,000, this set and I'm sure the proof and unc sets are headed that same direction from the ats info being cited here. I would have liked something that may have been of interest to someone to trade or isought after in the future not just items that turn out to tucked away by everyone on the block.

American Eagle 2026 One Ounce Silver Enhanced Uncirculated Coin Might be a potential winner for a time, but that has a 125,000 mintage which may be too high to be considered a winner by the secondary market. Some of the various gold offerings may be worthy, but you’re right. The rest will be tucked away at Mint pricing by everyone who wants one.
As of this moment in time USMINT still shows 151,520 mintage limit.

The premiums on these sets are so high that I will have to settle for the counterfeit versions on Temu.
Yep. Especially the crazy markup on clad. Like they're pricing for hyper inflation coming.
Paper money eventually returns to its intrinsic value. Zero. Voltaire. Ebay coinbowlllc

But ATS is just 3
Silver Set moved up, clad set moved to bottom.....

It now has a date of 6/11.
ASE EnhUnc no longer seen as 4/17. Placeholder of "Summer".
And the ATS for the silver proof set changed today to 9240, but subscriptions are currently unavailable.
I lost interest in Silver Proof Set once I loaded up HHL 10. That took a bit of effort, then no worries.
Knowing the issue date went from Mid April to late last item whenever to June 11th is a nice thing to plan for.

ats is now up to 83160 on the set 26RH
Interestingly it seems like they pulled the page for 25RH entirely, so maybe it is completely sold out now
Just helicoptered over the status and I see 0 ats.
Stopped paying attention once I got my basket of ten filled, which took a bit of effort.
Are others seeing big # ats or 0 ats?
It's zero now but was 80k+ earlier
The subscription (item MV) shows zero, but the product number 26RH shows this:
"isPreOrder": false,
"isBackOrder": false,
"ats": 83160,
"perpetual": false

I am wondering if 2026 will be last year collector coins are produced on the West Coast ?
The 2026S Silver & The 2026S baseless metal clad sets could be the end.
With this in mind, well, my mind...
Here's an odd & curious San Francisco production error 40% silver dollar that I was over the moon to add to my error archive:
Watch for a larger number of Silver proof sets than had been "expected" by some. The latest ATS numbers approaching the release date have jumped up to "ats": 202207,
