I haven't been CRHing in quite a while but had a free hour or so so I decided to give it a whirl. Most banks had a few halves with the max being $10 worth. Nothing to show for my time as they were all junk. I was about to call it a day and head back to work when I recalled one bank about a mile away that had never produced anything but it had been a couple years since I was there. Glad I did, they gave me 11 rolls of halves and the teller said he'd had those for about a year. I had found a rare bank that hadn't been mined recently. Pulled a Franklin, a 64 Kennedy, and 7 40% halves. A quick $100 worth of silver and got my CRHing fix fulfilled for another couple weeks or so.
I haven’t posted in a while because I really haven’t found much of value. I have been searching $750 in dimes and $500 in halves every week since the beginning of June, but not much in the way of “really special” (rosies, common mercs and 40% halves don’t count)and I also had nine dime boxes in a row with no silver for some reason. However, when the Christmas season rolls around, so do the people with old coins!
I literally couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw this.
It is my fourth walker ever from CRH, and the oldest(making it my oldest half ever found). It also is the first walker ender I have ever had. Hope you enjoy!
Pretty beat up, but a walker is a walker, especially at $28.50+ apiece.

Not exactly a coin roll find, but I did get it from the bank for face value. I swung by on Tuesday before Christmas last year. Originally, I wasn't planning on going, but I figured I might as well since I was in the neighborhood. This was the only dollar coin the teller had

Very nice!
I got to talking to one of my banks tellers and found out she was a collector. Auto classified as my dump bank going forward.
Multiple Chase branches can still get me any rolls I want.
But my favorite credit union is now charging 6 cents per roll of whatever they have.
I grabbed 10 rolls from the credit union and got one 40% silver.
Stopped by Chased for a couple boxes of quarters and they had one customer roll of halves.
Looks like they were from a 2025 Mint roll because they were in far better condition than any of the 2025 Loomis rolls of halves I've gotten. Pulled about 5 very nice ones.

Picked up a couple of rolls today. I’ll post any worthy finds later.
The 1886 Morgans are pretty common unlike silver these days so that is worthiness within itself
7 Years sitting in a box, 2019 River of No Return quarter new bank roll with a W ender. Just decided yesterday to unwrap it (for no particular reason). To my happy surprise there were 10 more W's within the roll along with the ender. I'll keep the nicest and sell the rest on here or eBay... They are very nice looking!

Surprised so many of the same "W" in single roll. Weren't they supposed to be mixed better into the general population to make them scarcer to find?
Back when the hunt was on, I found two or three in one roll at a grocery store went back and managed 10 more rolls before they cut me off and ended up with 22 of them.
Still trying to get hold of a full box of the new Emerging Liberty dimes...
Found literally about 5 individual ones so far and still have boxes coming from various banks.
In the meantime I've found more silver dimes since mid February than I've found in the last 10 years lol. Almost 30 of them now!!
Tonight pulled this beauty...
Some of the dimes...

This one used to be almost as easy as the '42-D but the '42-D was always worn out. Most of my sample was in the midwest and there should have still been some concentration of S mints in the west by 1957. I always figured 6 key dates with the '42-D. The '44-S was easy but I suppose I never noticed they were worn out. The '55-P was pretty tough because many were saved and it took years for them to migrate this far west. I was focusing on the buffalos in those days and paid less attention to the jeffersons.
This is one of the most interesting dates and third lowest mintage.

Very nice @Kurisu !
Soon I’ll be looking for the new 2026 half dollars. Will those be made for circulation or do I need to buy a mint set to get them?

I don't think they're IFC.

A couple of FS-507s that I pulled from my wheat stash. Not the easiest to ID, especially with such wear.
Just remember...the advice you receive on the site is worth every bit of what you paid for it.

Very nice Accented Hair. Not much frost and zero on the obverse but very a gemmy strike with deeps mirrors.

Got this in a casino, yesterday!. This is the second "W" I have got in this casino.

Needed a single roll of quarters. A new W design for me!
I'm still missing 6 designs, 3 for each year. This is my 4th W on the year and only my 6th of all time
