Not rude but accepted. We all like to have ongoing conversations on the forum
“Some of us more than others” 🤭🤭
However, it helps to have if possible one thread for each topic where we can find all related updates for that topic without scrolling up and down thru many different threads. It’s that anal retentive Controller accountant in me. 50 years of exact numbers, dotting I s and crossing t s.

That's my job as well, for a company that I own. I'm somewhat slower at it the last few weeks (recovering from MVA) drives me nuts when someone dares to bring me undotted I's and T's that don't cross.

That said, What do you make of this recent delay now in the Silver set being pushed off of April 14?

I know - it buries the info in an unrelated thread. Then you go ... where DID I see that info before???

Also, I keep myself busy dotting my Ts and crossing my Is. :p

Silver Set moved to the bottom of page, still has 4-14 release date........... :#

I noticed that....plus the BOM Mercury dime in gold has moved up the page with no date listed. Also of note is the next Quarter being listed as Friday March 27, yet the ATS page says Tuesday March 17 as in-stock date....

The ship date now say's TBD for the 2026 silver proof mint set .

I thought the silver proof sets could easily trade at like 2x list price then minus the fees. Seeing as they are one year only 151k max.

But I do not sell things or follow or buy this kind of stuff.

Are ebay and paypal success fees like 10% ?

Thanks for reality check Chief !

That’s possible too, but they’d need to change the photos in the offering which would probably be the first indication we would get….barring anyone’s inside info.

Highly unlikely. Forget the photos. They would need all new packaging. If they were going to do that, they would advertise it. Since it's selling well without changes, why would they make their life harder?

VERY good point. We were only about 6-7 weeks away from announced release date, so something necessitated it to be TBD.

TV informercial coin show guy, RC Collectables is charging $500 plus delivery, plus tax for NGC Proof 70 1776~2026 W ASE. This is like a companion silver for 1776~2026 silver proof set as The Limited Edition set is not happening. Makes $173 out the door, direct, from USMINT seem like a better deal at appalling 2x spot ?

He says 500k mintage makes it ultra rare

    Happy Shopping !

The 1776~2026 products remind me of my childhood when Dad loaded up on 1776 1976 Mint products.

I inherited all his shopping adventures & even though I do not collect normal coins I do appreciate the love of numismatics.

This wide array of product launch has me nostalgic but also feeling a bit tapped out.

I got a serious case of The FOMOs

The good news for this set is the stated mintage of 151,520, which is the maximum amount the mint can strike, will end up below last year's releases for silver quarters. So it comes down to 8 low mintage silver coins, plus the proof Lincoln. Sacagawea is only along for the ride on this one.

Mr L, my dad did the same. He handed them to me weeks before his death as a gift to my son, who later died at age 20 in a car accident some 15 years ago. By default, they became mine and I haven’t had the heart not to follow along at least with the ASE’s since he started picking them up in 1984. I have recently become enamored with the shiny silver objects in nice sets as Hattrick is.
Sometime later this year I suppose a small Mint box will arrive and I’ll stare at it for days on end for awhile.

Silver Proof set was 4-21 launch, or for sure some date in April. Now its TBD whatever that means.
If MINT chooses lower mintage then all is better for everyone who put their plastic siggys on the line.
I am not aware of MINT minting higher #s than stated amounts, but maybe there are examples ?
Lately it seems they occasionally short mintages like 2024 Retro 24K Dollar , 2025 Palladium , 2024 Retro 1oz medal.

I like the fact I pay nothing upfront to subscribe to various offers. I also feel confident in understanding the website function. I have learned a lot here vicariously through others' firsthand chit chats.

Up until maybe 8 biz days before any release of my 250th array, each commitment made is subject to change.
But, at the moment, I am 100% committed, excited, & looking forward to having all the new designs in hand & best of all last year of the Cent issue...

Indeed it could, the enhanced uncirculated ASE mintage limit went from 90,000 to 125,000 and the household limit from one to ten in the refresh of a computer screen. :#

I forgot about that alteration. I had subscribed 4 2026 code MT of HHL10 2026 W ASE Unc 90k max and then also added 1 with same code MT but now as 1776~2026 W Unc ASE with HHL 1 at 125K. Then HHL popped to HHL10. Same 125k max.

I see the red button is up for subscriptions to the silver proof set, but when you actually try to go through with the order, it tells you the subscription is no longer available.

Just looked and Silver Proof Set has zero sets available, ATS 0.

    https://www.usmint.gov/on/demandware.store/Sites-USM-Site/default/Product-Variation?pid=MV

I am guessing here but I guess when someone alters their subscription down or deletes it then one or up to ten of this offer become available to subscribe. Over a couple weeks of hunting the RED BUTTON I went from 3 then to 5 then to 8 then to 10 sets of household limit HHL 10.

I just looked at product code for 6 of the 2026 items I am following, and all have zero available: ATS 0

One item I am considering from 2025 remainders has been slowly dropping. Now ATS 11,950

Nobody can say anything about the proposed gold coin's possible potential until the facts about it are released. Anyone claiming otherwise is just huffing and puffing. It will depend on the cost and the mintage. Those two things will determine it's potential as we already have the design. Please no one reply to this to start an argument.
