I can no longer enter PCGS service sites on my iPad because of CloudFlare

I have been unable to enter PCGS CoinFacts because of CloudFlare. This feature is supposed to protect the sites from bad bots, but now it’s keeping out. I tried to enter other PCGS services and have had the same results.
The CloudFlare screen comes up. If I press the button saying that I am not a bot, it get caught in an endlessly repeated loupe.
Is anyone else having this problem?

Works ok for me.
I am blocked when my VPN is on.

How is it a “conspiracy” when the software is malfunctioning?
Things to check: Can you access on a laptop or other device? If so, the problem lies within your iPAD. Check /turn off things such as page trackers / ad blockers / any VPN. Does the problem occur with all browsers?

I have VAMWorld parked behind Cloudflare for the purpose of blocking bots, as well. I actually have entire countries blocked because of the problem. VPNs can make Cloudflare think you're accessing from an unsavory place which might get you blocked. If you're in a loop, that could be a sign that Cloudflare thinks you're an AI bot and is sending you into a loop. Privacy settings, cookie settings, VPNs can cause this.

I was blocked out of coin facts recently. A screen kept popping up saying I was blocked and to contact PCGS. I did and now it seems to be working again although I never heard anything from PCGS.
Cloudflare has an "I'm under attack" setting that can be activated administratively. When active, it's more aggressive about blocking access.

@BillJones I'm beginning to think maybe you are a bot...most bots do not know they are bots and think they're human.
I’m able to access CF with my iPad. It could be the app is corrupted. Try deleting the app and reinstalling from the AppStore.

Try restarting your ipad..
I've had this happen with my phone before when its connected to wifi. Disconnect the wifi....works perfectly. Reconnect...endless cloudflare loop.
Do you recommend before doing so he turns it off first?
It might be your ISP. Especially Starlink and Verizon. Cloud flare thinks some of the big providers that swap IP addresses are denial of service attackers. Try a different ISP or get a different “clean” IP address.
Can you sign into the Registry path ... if so, do that route and the once in try going to
Services.
