IN and out in two minutes then went back to see and all unavailable.
My amazing flock of little birds gave me an advance warning.
I really like the reverse as I always loved ships and boats. The obverse not that much. I am not a real fan of most of the other circulating coins for the 250th, however I do like most of the Quarters. Good luck getting the next issue if quantities are not
increased.
Damn, just woke up.
(Edited to add): I just looked back at the Women' quarters and they are all gone. I have all the 3 roll sets. I didn't think there was that much interest in them. Must be the "S" roll.
As expected
They didn't make many available and no subscriptions, so it's to be expected.
Already being sold on the Bay for $250-$350 for the 2 roll set. Didn't take long.
This might be a good sign for the later mint sets that they will release. If they had done s quarters the rolls could have been massive. The best hope are the silver quarters in the silver proof sets.
I figured as much. I missed my window of opportunity.
Insane. Prices across all products (including these) have been increased significantly and they've reduced product limits.
They could have sold many more of these.
I got in for the regular proof set subscription so I guess I'll get the 2026 coins that way.
I'm surprised no one mentioned this leading up to today.

I appreciate knowing there weren't subscriptions. I thought I had missed the window. I got in and out with two sets of the these. I tried to go back in for the third and possibly a bag, but was indecisive and by time I hit check out they were gone.
I am guessing most didn't think just circulating coins in a special wrapper would sell for so much. Those who pay that much are probably the same people who believe the over hyped special labels on slabs will hold value over the coins in them down the road to melt. LoL
Nope, no S rolls here. Now if there were some W rolls....
Were any available this morning ?
I was checking and did not see them available this morning.
So what's the big deal about these?
Collector, occasional seller
The wrapper on the roll, and the label on the bags.
Think FDI, Advanced this, First Strike that for circulating quality coins struck in the millions...

.
Not trying to hijack this thread. On the U.S. Mint 2026 release schedule, I don’t see rolls of dimes being made available for sale. Sound right?
You are correct. At this time just the quarters and half dollars.
Nothing. Not even a blip.
Considering the overall mintage of these, it seems foolish to pay a huge premium just for a wrapper or a canvas bag.

The Mint had these P and D at the FUN Show in their change machine. Sold out in 1.5 days.
True however these are not sent in big tubs to the FRB to be dumped into their rolling machines. Should be in much better condition for circulating grade coins.
Mine have shipped already. I always use standard shipping which is free after 3 orders. Almost always in the first shipment batch and gets here in two or three days max.
Same here , should arrive on Tuesday.
While I completely agree, many seem to disagree based upon hundreds or more EBay transactions at unbelievable prices. As for the mint, there were a few rolls and bags left this morning most were gone by yesterday at noon ET initial release. They were not available for subscription so it was pretty arbitrary. The items that were available for subscription a while back are all sold out, but all of the sesqui quarters and half dollars are again just random date of issue luck.
There continues to be a lot of EBay mania over circulating coins in rolls and boxes. Unfortunately, a lot of people are going to learn that these are not good buys at these very high prices.
I guess whether they are 'good buys' depends on the individual. For the price I'm quite happy with having both the P and D rolls in uncirculated condition, without having to go from bank to bank, and maybe travel out east to get the P mint roll. The premium is minor compared to my time and cost of gas.
The half dollars were, although now sold out, available by subscription. I wish they had done the quarters as well as in past years. I also miss the S mint rolls.
Unfortunately, they have far fewer roll pairs available for the half dollars that will be wanted and they are fully subscribed at present.
Where did I go wrong?
I was logged in at 8:30am. I was on the quarter page. At 9:00 and a couple of seconds I hit the drop-down menu to select the quarter rolls. Then my computer kind of hung up and those gold coin icons kept flashing.
When I did get in a few minutes later, they were all gone.
How can I do better next time
8:30 pacific time?
Noon EST is when most items first go on sale (check the web page of the item for clarification.
7:30am EST is the magic time of quite a bit of restocking.

I was on at 11:30 EST, 8:30 pacific
7:30 AM Eastern Time is when virtually sold out items might become available briefly if any additional quantity is made available due to order cancelations. That's 4:30 AM Pacific Time.
eBay is insane. $200+ for $20 worth of quarters.
I have subscriptions for other coins, but that wasn't offered for the new quarters.
I got several at the FUN show for face.

was there a waiting room?
None of the quarters or the half dollars is available by subscription, you'll have to be online right at the time of release. I watch Son of a Silver Stacker on You Tube to keep up with exact release times and thoughts about what will be popular.
Really depends on what they are buying them for. That newspaper you bought is already in the recycle bin

I was signed on early and on the coin page.
Hit refresh at 12:00 purchased all three paid and signed out. I am slow so it took me 3 minutes. When I tried to sign back in waiting room was up but only took 2 minutes to get back in . All were already sold out.
See my post on the 2026 proof ASE thread
if you wanted the rolls go to that page
hit refresh
looks like that plus some bad timing with respect to the order onslaught. your computer didn't freeze. the website was choking
I placed some mint bag's on the BST board, if anyone is interested ?
I didn't think about hitting refresh. I was trying to avoid the waiting room. Agree that the web was choking, like when they put out the End of WWII silver eagles in 2020. I thought that was fixed...
I called the Mint and asked about the half dollars. Apparently, my Kennedy half dollar subscription carries over to the new 2026 version
Yes open subscriptions are good every year until the mint says no. I rolled the dice on the quarters and got right in. Apparently I beat the waiting room. I did that before a got pushed into the back of the line in the waiting room.
The mint is like a box of chocolates.
I accidentally ordered 3 bags when i meant to order 3 rolls. i'll probably keep 1 bag, but i'm not sure what i'll do with the other 2 bags.
Sell them for a huge profit?
Good idea! haha
Available again.
