Cant recall seeing this particular color combination? Time period and thoughts? Yellow gasket?
Saw an old thread from 2003 on the topic but no pictures or conclusive comments.

    Appears to be a GEN3.0 (JAN1990 - FEB1993), or a GEN3.1 (MAR1993 - SEP1998) holder.

    Note - There was a stability issue with the label dye in the GEN3.0 holders. As a result, these labels can be found in various hues from blue to yellow.

    To distinguish between the two possibilities, examine the back of the label. GEN3.0 has nothing beneath the PCGS logo, while GEN3.1 says "PCGS COPYING PROHIBITED".

    Looks to be 3.0 based on reverse....the colors are just great to look at (toned holders are hot I hear!).
    Occasionally, you have to buy the holder.....

    I’m a big fan of these yellow colored rings. I see them on Morgans more than any other coins.

    Why not buy some coins in this generation of slab and then expose them to sun light over a period of time and create your own yellow ring slabs? There was a pawn shop that I would occasionally visit that had some inexpensive PCGS slabs displayed in their front window that was in the sun and everyone of them had the yellow rings.

    Yep seen these a good bit on Morgans. Nice coin that appears to be an upgrade candidate. Holder is cool though and not big jump to 66.
