Here are a few that have largely red/green toning (at least on the obverse):
My most green is likely on this one. My others have a good bit of blue and the blues in my opinion take away the Christmas feel. @david3142 posted a strong representation!

I know I am interpreting this a little differently than you meant. Here are two toned world coins that celebrate Mary and baby Jesus.
1625 Bavarian Taler (Silver dollar sized coin).
And a penny sized coin from Pisa, Italy in the 1200s
And a last coin from Florence Italy that portrays John the Baptist, about the same time - another important player in the Christmas story.
