Well open interest was also very high. Agree don't know if buyers are looking for delivery, but that stills a lot of tons of silver to wager on. No wonder price jumped about $5 in past couple of days. Can't compare futures trading to stock trading where the # of company shares are a known fact.

Last month (mid-October) you listed two groups of 90% silver coin in the Buy/Sell/Trade thread. Your asking price was 37.7x for one lot and 38x on the other. That was when silver "spot" was about $51. So your asking prices at the time were about 3% ABOVE the melt value.

I get 475,000,000 / 12 toz = 39,583,333 pounds = 19,792 tons. Or do I need more coffee?
