I remember back in 1986 Oklahoma smashed Missouri 77-0

Also back in 2003 they did the same against Texas A&M

Am I going to hear more about how amazing Illinois is? Or did Wisconsin just become a top 25 team?

Second win in a row at Camp Randall for Wisky. What's gotten into them besides playing for the coaches job?

I would love to give the Badgers credit for a great game but they have a true rookie QB who throws the ball sideways half the time and a running game which had not produced a 100 yard rusher all season. I would say Illinois special teams and Altmeyer’s inability to release the football on time were the keys yesterday. That big run helped too. Illinois and Washington are good wins for Wisconsin but more so because of how bad Wisconsin has become. It has been sad to watch but beating Bielema who has rocks where brains usually reside was a silver lining on an otherwise forgettable season.

call me crazy, but i think the moment Illinois lost to Indiana by 100 points they should have been permanently removed from the amazeballs category

    Fickell needs to go.

The Wisconsin leadership seems to be the only ones that havent figured that out. I dont think their Chancellor cares about football or sports, their AD doesnt seem to be worried about his job at all or he would have fired Fickell after the Lucas debacle

it's funny because the students and alumni hate the guy. He's roasted weekly in the college paper. The AD wants to give him more time, but it's not a program he's going to turn around anytime soon. No one in-state wants to play at Big Red anymore and they haven't had an identity in almost a decade.

I honestly would just clean house like LSU just did. Completely agree hes not the guy.

I actually would like to see them get better.

Despite poplar belief I would like to see the B!G get better top to bottom so we dont end up with teams that just arent that good ranked because they play there

Wisconsin should be better than this. I dont have high hopes for Nebraska or UCLA in the future but someone should be able to step up

    Buckeyes an 11 point favorite.

Auburn vs. Alabama is 2nd only to the OSU/Michigan rivalry. The chance of Auburn winning is just as good as Michigan’s.

We need to have the resident SEC know-it-all weigh in on it. 😂😂😂

Auburn isnt weak, they just love turning the ball over in the 4th quarter. Every loss has been 10 points or less and only one is more than 7. They very easily could be a 1 loss team right now hence why they fired their coach and benched their QB

And they only gave up 10 points off a turnover

They lost to Oklahoma by 7, Georgia by 10, went to double OT with Mizzou, went to OT with Vandy. Georgia is the only team to beat them by more than 7,

Late game turnovers have killed their record which like I said is why their QB got benched and their coach got fired. Theyre a 1 or 2 loss team right now if they didnt turn the ball over so much

All those close scores doesn’t necessarily speak to how good Auburn might be, it tells me how mediocre the SEC is.

I'm picking Bama with Auburn covering the spread. I take all of that back though is Ty Simpson plays like trash again like he did against OU.

I wont be betting that game though other than maybe the under on the points. My faith is low in Simpson at the moment and the game is at Auburn which is a very difficult place to play. Even Saban lost games there.

Oklahoma State hiring the North Texas coach. He will stay with North Texas through the end of the year and they have a very strong chance of being the G5 playoff team

I would like to think Alabama handles Auburn, but night game... Auburn at home... nothing to lose... that's a delicious recipe for disaster for Alabama and I would love to see them watching the playoffs from home.

bad luck team of the year has to be the Razorbacks. maybe not bad luck, but they're not a 2-9 team either.

Yeah, Auburn was 3-9 in 2012, with an FCS win and a WAC win. 0-8 in the SEC. This year ain't that.

With all the speculation about who will end up in the 12-team bracket for the playoffs I wonder if it wouldn't be so much easier if a team's final record and standing in their conference wasn't the final determinant in who plays for the Natty. Play in your Conference Championship and get in, if you don't you get to stay home or play in another Bowl game. I'm also really done with the special status awarded to Notre Dame because they're an Independent. The NCAA should do to them what they did to TCU and the Big 12 back in 2014. That worked out good for Ohio State but TCU probably should have been the 4th team if not for their Conference's stubbornness.

I like a process based on performance and not the whims of 12 individuals.

Going by basebals logic on Auburn, Penn State could be 10-1. All of their losses except for Ohio State has been by 6 points or less. The 6 point loss was in overtime. And Penn State's schedule is was more brutal than Auburn's as Penn State played 3 teams in the top 6.

He's using basebal logic for college football, it isn't really supposed to make sense. What it does is twist things so that it feels as though he is smart and knows a lot about the sport. Oh, well.

It's like the way him and all the pundits are confused over Notre Dame being ahead of Miami(Fla) because, ya know, they lost to them in the first game of the season on a FG with a minute left in the game. Since then Miami(Fla) lost 2 games to power house Louisville and SMU while Notre Dame lost the next game to number 3 and has pretty much steamrolled everyone else. It isn't hard for me to think that right now the Irish are the better team no matter how things get twisted and rationalized.

Auburn has played 5 ranked teams including 2 top 5 teams, not UCLA and Northwestern. They will also being playing their 6th ranked team with Bama and third top 10 team.

Penn state was expected to be a playoff team but they lose to god awful teams now too this year. PSU also wasnt remotely competitive against OSU

Every ones confused about ND over Miami because its from TV money and national brand. The only pretzel logic isnt coming from people that discuss the sport instead of just what ever is best for the B!G

I really dont get why everything is always but the B!G this the B!G that which is weird hyping up rivals.

The simple fact is that Auburn is a stacked team with a stud WR and bad QBs got their coach fired. They have been a dog fight to beat every game and theres not a single game they werent competitive in with a chance to win.

Ryan Day has to coach this game like he’s coached every other game this season. Ohio State is clearly the more talented team and shouldn’t struggle to win. Perhaps the only thing accomplished by a Michigan victory on Saturday is the possibility of another Big 10 team in the playoff.
