eBay is doing live auctions all of the sudden, did this exist before today?

I just went on eBay to check for any cool vintage coin albums, something I do every day,and something new and strange looking is showing up in the middle of my search results. Some kind of live auctions. I’ve never seen this before, have any of you seen this before today?

They had it for awhile near 20 years ago
don't know when the effort was restarted but it's not from just today. it's been a while
I started noticing them about 6 months ago. They had sold the previous iteration of live auctions, so I guess the non-compete is over. This new iteration has better tech with live streaming - the coin sellers seem to get good prices on mostly generic coins and common NCLT stuff.
