For 1-2 minutes you could've added the coin to cart from the bottom of https://www.usmint.gov/cart, where there's no waiting room. They've now removed the coin from the page.

Somebody said you need to refresh to get in the waiting room. Is it true? I have been on the page since 11:30 and did not refresh until I saw that post, then I refreshed at about 11:56, then I was on a page saying "....will be released in 3 minutes....", at 12:00, I was immediately on the product page, and checked out in less than 1 minute, there was no waiting time for me at all. So I only got in the waiting room 4 minutes before 12:00, and no waiting time?

Try opening a new tab and going to https://www.usmint.gov/cart , then scroll down.
Some people still see the Marine coin at the bottom. If you do, you're all set and can check out without waiting.4
