Does this Silver Eagle have an error? Strike thru?

Does this look like some kind of error (obverse lower dress)? Stroke thru? Lamination? If so, any premium? Thanks for any input!

    It sure does look like some kind of struck thru or delamination.

    What's going on here. Whatever this coin is, I like it!

    Definitely a nice struck-through with some kind of premium, just not sure how much.

    Oh boy – I just noticed what was posted above – I was talking into my iPad and apparently the news was on at the same time – I apologize there was no political intent made at all-
