Does this look like some kind of error (obverse lower dress)? Stroke thru? Lamination? If so, any premium? Thanks for any input!

It sure does look like some kind of struck thru or delamination.

What's going on here. Whatever this coin is, I like it!

Definitely a nice struck-through with some kind of premium, just not sure how much.

The answer is yes. I'm sure you'll see others pop up here. Here's a minor one I have.

I believe these are struck through the thin “saran wrap” type plastic that
Trays of finished Dies are covered with, before they go to the Press area. (Edited)

The scarce ones are found sometimes with the actual thin, clear plastic piece still on the coin.

I’ve seen what I described above when I’ve taken floor tours of the Philadelphia mint.

And that's how you do it @pcgs69 when you understand the minting process..........unlike me! 😉

    Unintended sentence perhaps?

I thought maybe we were in a new era of messages “Boy that’s a clean coin. And since I mentioned clean, I keep my laundry clean by using nothing but Tide! Click on this link to get your clothes as clean as this coin!!”
