Yes but is it a coin? Actually the silver melt plus some premium for scarcity makes it a "collectable", but the price is always a function of demand. Silver went up over $50 spot today.

I don't mind buying modern bullion and paying a premium -- if the design moves me. This one doesn't but if you like it, go for it. Everyone has different likes.
For me, if I was going to buy modern, it would be (another) 2009 MMIX UHR Saint maybe in PF70 PL or something like that.....or even one of the pattern recreations from the Saint-Gaudens National Historical Society commemoratives. Premiums there have collapsed as gold has risen.
Finally, for about $4,500 - $5,000 you can get a really nice MS-66 Saint for certain years, with CAC. They were only about $500-$750 cheaper when gold was $2,000 less; the premium erosion helps a new buyer.

$4,865 and the ATS shows 5 left. must be returns?
The Mint received my two flawed Liberty coins today at the return center in Texas. They will debut for the now higher price after a few days. haha
They could be cheaper next week
Yeah but if ya get duds, also it might cost ya $60 to $100 plus for return shipping, registered, insured and signature confirmation plus the time to assemble the shipment and take pictures etc...

Or simply cancelations from yesterday

Close to $1,000 premium, too much for me, even though I like the design very much.

I have the 2017 UHR ... really tempted to sell it since it is "just bullion," but I do like the design; just can't bring myself to do it.

Be happy if you get pf70 material !
Never thought the day would come when I would see MS69 or PF69 as
“duds”.
It's ridiculous. The standard should be 69. If they have to ship icky 70s, the price is going to go even higher
