Which coin or coins make it worth living for. Own, owned or hope to own.

Today my week in U of M hospital begins. Tomorrow they drill a hole thru the tumor at the head of my pancreas and determine what stage cancer.
If you have never been in hospital(prison). Here is how it works. They put you in a backless jump suit with your birthday as your new identity. Every 30 minutes (happens whether it's 3 am and you finally dozed off or 3pm and you just want to use the bathroom). A stressed out young person is going to peer down at you and ask "How are you doing?" Unless your IV has reversed and is pumping blood all over the bed(happens more than you think) it is life and death that you smile and say "I'm Fine." You don't want to know the tortures they call helping you. The rest of the time is yours. I have been hospitalized over 50 times since I turned 32. Here is where I will actually be the rest of this week:
3 most important coins to find (answers someone elses post): My answer is TBA but the choices will involve Fortin top 100 dimes, CC Seated Quarters, With Motto Seated Dollars.
If things go South on me I will need a 8 to 12 coin list of around 5 grand in value that can sold thru GC before the end of the year.
I have almost completed both my Seated Dime collection ( 2 coins needed) and my Seated Quarter collection ( see CC Quarter mentioned.)
I have 2 5 page Eagle Albums that hold 45 slabs each. MUST finally pick a low price coin set/series/type worth collecting in the under $50 range.
If I am still there after all that I will examine my current book collection to see if there is something I am lacking or under utilizing.
Hope some of you will post some interesting coins to see when I return. Good luck and Happy collecting to all. James

I wish you a speedy recovery, lots of coins you still need to collect.

Good luck. We're all praying for you.
In answer to your rhetorical (?) question, there's not single coin, stamp or comic that would make it worth living. However, as long as I'm living, I will be looking at coins, stamps, and comics.

Been where you are and I can sympathize. Don’t forget the constant blood pressure tests and blood draws to add to the delight. I feel badly for you.
I think my grandchildren are what I live for beyond immediate family. Coins are secondary!
My brother has stage 4 liver cancer. He’s rejected chemo after one terrible round and is banking on alternative approaches such as fenbendazole and ivermectin. Has made amazing progress since.

I spent 11 days in ICU back in 2022 so I have somewhat of an idea regarding being hospitalized.
Everyone needs a reason to wake up everyday. Your collecting time isn't over.
Keep up the humor and positive thinking!

James, Best of luck and positive thoughts from your coin collecting community for a speedy recovery!
@seatedlib3991 James, wishing you all the best!
And I only did the LOL on your initial post because despite the severity of your visit, I appreciate the brevity with which you describe your hospital adventures. If you can't laugh about life, what's the point?
Be well, stay safe and keep the positive spirit!
We're all hoping and praying for the best outcome for you!! I know I am.

I'm sorry what you're going through; hopefully you'll get the best treatment and faith to get through this.
I've had an older sister in nursing home type care, with dialysis and intensive medical care for the last 6 or so years. I wish we'd been able to keep her more ambulatory and healthy, but it didn't happen.
In perspective, good health is the greatest asset. Collectibles are a distant second. I try to get out every day to stay in shape and in good health.
Hope you receive a good prognosis and a speedy recovery.

Hang in there. You need to stick around until you have at least one each of every coin minted in the world throughout history. Could take awhile. And you have to post photos of each.

I thought it was cheating looking at everyone else's answers first. I rarely do.
Even if so, what about reading the content of the opening post.😉
