When is 1st Strike cut-off for the Gold SAC and the US Army Privy mark.

I looked at PCGS but everything was outdated,,,,,, 2019 was most recent that I can find?

    i got 3 army privy and they all came back 69.... what a waste of money.

    It helps to carefully inspect the condition of the coin first, you can usually tell if it's 69 vs 70. Then determine if it's worth it to send it in for grading, or to just return it to the Mint. The waste of money is on you, sorry for your loss.

    My one Army coin was a 69 as I saw it, as it had a small milk spot next to the privy. I was disappointed like you were for a bit.
    So I sold it on eBay for more than double the purchase price.
