Guess the Cross - Result Posted

I bought this coin last year. I don't particularly like NGC slabs, nothing to do with their grading, just the way they look. I finally got around to getting it to PCGS so it will match the rest of the coins in my set.
It was sent in with instruction to cross at any grade. Guess the result.
This is the coin in its NGC holder:

Beautiful Coin, PF64 PCGS
It's all about what the people want...
I'll guess it crossed at grade, maybe gained a +.

Paper money eventually returns to its intrinsic value. Zero. Voltaire. Ebay coinbowlllc
That is a nice coin, I'm gonna say 63.

Pleasant looking coin.
Would be PR68 without slide marks on the cheek and some stray whispy hairlines in the fields.
As it is, PR62.

I bought the coin because it has incredible luster and eye appeal, and is extremely close to being CAM. I did not think it would straight cross as a 64, but I was ok paying 64 $ for it because I loved the look and it visually matches the other coins in my set which I am trying to do in CAM as much as possible.
I was hoping for a 63+. It straight crossed at 64.
I think on strictly technical merits it's a really nice 63 or 63+ and they gave it a slight push over the 64 line due to eye appeal.
Oftentimes, when you have what's known as a "Double Liner" - where it's on the 63/64 line and the cam/not line, they'll give you one of them, but you won't get both. They may not have been feeling too hot about the Cam, so instead, they likely gave you the bump to 4. The center of the cheek looks like it lacks frost, but the extra contrast helps make up for the hairlines and I think it looks good in that holder.
