How often is PCGS price guide updated?
I wonder because the silver run in the last few months has brought up the value of all silver coins, especially the base price.

It is at least a mixed answer. The price guide page will show the last update time (currently 09-09 11:59 am) EST). But this does not tell what was updated. Or to say that the entirety of the price guide is not or has not been updated.
Going to the Price Changes page (below) will list the top gainers and losers which can give a little better idea but it does not say what was reviewed and did not change.

For TwoSides2aCoin - I have noticed on varieties (example Morgan VAM or Bust Half with Overton numbers) that sometimes the base date (without variety designation) can be updated but the variety is not. If I found the correct coin#, then that is what appears to be happening with the one posted above.
