Looking to see if anyone has had a similar experience recently? I sent Orders to PCGS with tracking which show Received on 8/27 but not put into system yet? I've only done this twice and the last time on a Regular Order it was inputted the following day. I had numerous expensive express orders so just trying to make sure this is normal.

Yes it happens. It did to me last month but they are in Grading now.

Typical. No reason to get nervous especially with the ANA show.

I submitted coins to PCGS at the ANA show on 19 August using the paper PCGS submission form. They also are not yet in the PCGS online system. I guess it’ll take a bit longer.

It's been taking about 5 business days for my orders to get in. But when they do a show with onsite grading the delays seem to get a bit longer until they recover.

Polly C. Gilmore inspects each package with loving care. That takes time.

Polly receives a lot of packages! They are received and reviewed and placed into appropriate grading tier levels, then entered... No worries mate.

Polly's quarterly special is no handling fee if you submit online..
I just hope I didn't screw it up.

Its about a week from the actual received date, and then it'll sit in 'received' status another week before it goes into grading.
I've got a regular submission "received" 8/8 in encapsulation now, and another regular submission received 8/21 in "grading". A 3rd they just received today, we'll see how long that takes. They'll log it in, don't worry.

As others have mentioned, summer show season seems to slow things down a bit.

My submission to PCGS at the ANA show on 19 August appeared in the PCGS online system today. So 15 calendar days after the submission. As others have noted, I guess PCGS is catching up after the show.

Mine took a bit over a week to show up and it was only 2 coins...

Not to mention the thousands(literally) of recent modern releases that've been submitted over the last few weeks. Such as the laser ASE, the Liberty Gold & Silver, just to name a few.

All the services are very busy now, PCGS, cac, NGC, Anacs, Icg. Also there are economic drivers, the usual hobbyists, dealers, speculators, etc..

Submitted at the OKC ANA show 3 paper-form submissions. The last one just came up yesterday for seeing it as "Received".
