Any interest in 2 bad Bay Morgan Listings?

Ran across this seller and his bad Bay stuff back in March with an 1889-CC Morgan. I was unable to have that listing removed and it sold. I show his listing from then 1st.
He was not so fortunate this time; he listed another 1889-CC Morgan and an 1895-S, with both listings removed. He quickly tried a relist and eBay removed them again. And then a 3rd time for the 1889-CC.
Both obv slab barcodes scan correctly, so these are better put together than many we see (like the “Morgan Morgans”). The cert for the 1889-CC has no images so I just show it’s reverse- look familiar?
The 1895-S cert has a TruView image, so I show this one compared to the genuine reverse.
Sellers like this and this quality of fake can make collecting feel like a minefield; and this seller obviously knows me…

It might still. But the first penalty was usually just ba short ban on listing me items. I got one once for a US Navy postcard canceled in Havana Harbor, Cuba in the 1940s (before Castro). They pulled it because "Cuba" even though I tried to explain it was canceled ON A US WARSHIP. So I tried relisting it without the "Cuba" and a hit a 3 day holiday from new listings although the 1500 i had were unaffected.

Actually tried the 1889-CC a 4th time and it was removed again...
