That is impact damage in both locations. Save your money.

+1
Not worth the slabbing fees, but it’s a genuine rim clip error
I was looking at a similar one on ebay.
Edited to add that the coin also looks dipped and cleaned.

As Fred said, a rim clip, plus a slight grease fill on the date. Minor premium value, but not worth a slab.
Rim clips on 1921 Morgans are worth about $80. Had the grease fill totally and cleanly removed the 192 of the date, that would be worth a premium as well.

Oops, lol.
I’m glad that the boss came in early today.
No slab here either, see if some one would swap ya something for it, just saying
Oops squared. Lol
Why does the reverse of the rim clip look mashed? Or is it just weakly struck?

Blakesley effect caused by metal flow during the strike. It's a hallmark of genuine clips. You need to worry when a supposed clip DOESN'T show that weakness on both sides.
not worth slabbing

The Blakesley Effect would be opposite the clip, not on the other side of the coin in the same spot as the clip.
In the case of the OP's coin, the weakness on the reverse is just due to insufficient metal due to the clip.
Don't get it graded
Thank everyone, I will just keep in my collection.
the term is not date stamp error
dates are not struck separately
that is a grease filled die error
The Blakesley would be across the coin from the clip, nor directly opposite on the other side.

Good idea.

And, I thought even on small clips, it would have some effect. This one doesn't appear to, which is one of the reasons I also thought it wasn't a clip.
Don't know much about the coin, but I know where you can save 15% or more on your car insurance!

@Morgan White on very small clips and also on very large clips there may be no Blakesly effect noticeable.
Heres an example
