1991 U.S. Open semifinals. Jimmy Connors becomes the oldest player in history to reach a Grand Slam semifinal as a wild card(39 yrs old) He was ranked #174 at the time. This ticket was also good for the other men's semifinal between Ivan Lendl and Stefan Edberg. This match would be Lendl's last Grand Slam semifinal. This ticket was also good for the women's final between Monica Seles and Martina Navratilova, which was Seles first U.S. Open title.
