1923-S Peace dollar grade

I took a few cell phone images of this 1923-S Peace dollar I have. I bought it at a local coin show.

The frost or haze makes it difficult for me to estimate the quality of the luster, and not sure if there’s high point rub or high point toning from envelope storage. Otherwise it looks like a nice original piece.
64 because the wheel mark on the rev.
The frost breaks don't bother me in fact I love the frosty obverse. It's a case of the reverse doesn't really raise a grade but it will lower it. And that wheel mark just sucks your attention in.
Overall, I think that it is a very nice Peace dollar.
Looks strong with good natural frost. If the left obverse field has no real whispies, that appears to be a near Gem grade.

I actually forgot I purchased it around 6 months ago.
I have a cigar box i put coins in before the safe.
I pulled it out and was stunned.
Then I remembered buying this and several other coins from a person asking dealers to buy his items.
He had four coins. I had no idea 1928-S can be worth money in higher grades.
I try to take images that show the flaws and not disguise them.
I don't know how to grade these but the frost is really nice. Wish I had a few Morgan's that looked like this.
