(Ya got a reverse pic?)
Interesting it seems from the pic to be housed in a PCGS holder. I can’t seem to find a coin number for that issue.
Also, no reverse, and no story as far as I can tell from leafing through the periodical.

Chonquing China
God comes first in everything I do. I’m dedicated to serving Him with my whole life. Coin collecting is just a hobby—but even in that, I seek to honor Him. ✝️
That coin is legal to make. Dan Carr told me.
Like many things in life, the current 1794 NC (Non-Collectible) list goes to 11.
It is an excellent joke on their part in my view, though would not be surprising if a similar "Head Left" could be found from China. Appears to be photoshopped from a real Sheldon-24 image.

Fixed... well sorta
Should have taken tobacco out before photograph.
