New batch of Chinese counterfeit CC Morgans....

Looks like they have finally figured out that they need to remove the word Morgan from the label on these counterfeits....

This is the REAL one....

I contacted the seller. He is investigating and will cancel the transaction. He bought it from Whatnot
Correction: he won it on Whatnot
putting morgan on the label is a relatively new thing
P.S. the seller is very nice. He said the first person who contacted him read him the federal code and all but threatened him with prison. Lol
Unfortunately, there have been many instances in which I’ve heard similar from sellers I’ve contacted. I sure wish that people who message sellers about counterfeits would be informative and polite, rather than rude and threatening. They should keep in mind that 1) the sellers might not be bad guys and they don’t know us or that we’re giving them accurate information.

In this case, a quick look at his other listings made it obvious he wasn't a coin person. And his other listings were all without problems.
Someone got ripped

The seller did the right thing, great!
Surprised at how many dealers peddle these fakes....
https://www.ebay.com/itm/286695966989
It’s no longer listed.
He sold a fake Peace $1 last month. I messaged them about the fake Morgan up now.
Interesting that the coin's gasket is distorted, indicating an incorrect coin casting size?
https://www.ebay.com/itm/286622737760
i see a few in his listings that are distorted. only time i've seem them distorted it was said it was heat damaged, but this isn't as bad as the heat damaged ones.
did you message him about the peace dollar?
No. And no reply back from him either. I think he's a fraud.

He sold a China coin about a week ago.
Everything is off with that thing. The 4 prong gasket, label?
The Gold Shield rendition on the label, never seen one like that.
.
The real deal ⇓
Guy is at 87.5% on feedback. I don't think I've ever seen a lower number on someone with over 1000 feedbacks.
Edited to add: looking more closely, his older feedback is better. Something changed.
fewer sales and one negative from someone who received counterfeit silver. hmmmmm. if only ebay had the old coin reporting group back
Another zero feedback scam artist....
https://www.ebay.com/itm/396810608329
I checked, and the buyer left positive feedback for this coin.
Well, at some point they'll be in for a big surprise I'd guess.
You have to wonder if the buyer has any other Peace Dollars on hand, even a cull?
You have to wonder if the buyer was even legit?
If this same coin resurfaces from this same seller, (or another) we may then have some answers to those questions?
save the peace pics and keep checking back
Is that one a fake? There is a dark spot on edge on obverse above dot between E PL. The reverse also shows a dark spot on star between One and United.

coincidences
Large black spot on the second 8 not evidenced in the certification pics and the coin is currently in a Registry set..
no luster but shine, real one luster
Well, the obverse barcode scans a gold $10, reverse QR scans the correct cert number but for the CN PCGS site, and then there is the gasket fit. Images in case the listing goes puff...
the same seler has other counterfeits active and sold
I saw the sold peace; is the 1794 8 Reales fake?
if that was a $200 coin of something I actually wanted, I probably would have quickly bought it
i can't be sure without looking at them carefully as the ins-and-out of 8 reales would require me seeing and comparing a lot more coins
the 1914 china fatman is a fake. that one is easy because i've seen quite number of period genuine and counterfeit issues
They would do better if they stayed away from garish grades like “MS-67” and stuck MS-63. I should not be giving them any ideas.
Can't understand the feedback on the 1928 Peace; obv barcode also scans as a $10 gold eagle and the reverse QR to the CN PCGS site like the 1883-CC he has listed currently. Obviously not the coin imaged on the PCGS genuine cert site...

Not everyone checks the cert number and almost no one scans the barcode regularly.
Multiple Chinese counterfeits from this seller....

@Frick looks like the individual ones you posted here have ended; all of them were the latest Not-PCGS slab with no PCGS logo in the obv lower right corner.
The "MS67" 1883-CC posted here was removed by eBay after getting to just under $600 in bids...
https://www.ebay.com/itm/286695966989
You are absolutely correct; unfortunately, that just aids the bad sellers.
I was wondering if a possible shill event but likely what you said.
1882-CC MS63PL
https://www.ebay.com/itm/357272930539
WOW, that's bad
!!! Seller ended the listing:
ts doesnt even look pl bruh
God comes first in everything I do. I’m dedicated to serving Him with my whole life. Coin collecting is just a hobby—but even in that, I seek to honor Him. ✝️
and it has no mint luster and the cheeks are flat and it would grade higher than a 63
This one:
"Key date 1928 Peace Dollar PCGS Graded MS65"
Looks like it has road rash !!! Probably a fake buyer in attempt to legitimize future 'fake' offerings.
Is PCGS acting?
on ebay? i don't think so
Acting how?
https://www.pcgs.com/news/pcgs-helps-police-nab-counterfeits-suspect
2009?
i know, but it shows thy did something at one time
And he's back...
I guess the seller can't help himself; makes you wonder about the "sell".
I've reported it:
