Newbie with stamps

The unused stamps can be used for postage.

The used stamps (aside from the damaged ones) might be good for kids or young stamp collectors.

I always thought that pre-cancels were interesting - I see two there - and they might be of interest to someone who collects them, but value is likely negligible.

Not at all. A dealer or seller might be happy to try to sell them for a quarter apiece, but they'd have a long wait for any customers.

You can buy most of the stamps shown in mint condition for around face value, or less.
