Anyone have any info on what kind of value these stamps have ? And or pre cancels?

Sadly no value.
The unused stamps can be used for postage.
The used stamps (aside from the damaged ones) might be good for kids or young stamp collectors.
I always thought that pre-cancels were interesting - I see two there - and they might be of interest to someone who collects them, but value is likely negligible.
They gotta be worth something , at least like a quarter a piece right
Not at all. A dealer or seller might be happy to try to sell them for a quarter apiece, but they'd have a long wait for any customers.
You can buy most of the stamps shown in mint condition for around face value, or less.
Zero value.
