Really bad pics. Hard to tell what we’re supposed to be looking at. Maybe we should move along to another coin. If you want us to guess, impossible to do with your blurry pictures.
The photos are the best I could get. The condition is a 65 and the luster is gem. When this was graded, both NGC and PCGS were down grading improperly mixed alloys.
I will post something with much better pics. I never could get a better photo than that one.
@Coinscratch, FYI the copper/nickel cents of 1859-1864, do not receive a color designation due to their metal composition. Only those of the bronze composition get the BN, RB or RD in this series.

I will update the thread in the morning. There are some very valid guesses already, just not the right one.

Paper money eventually returns to its intrinsic value. Zero. Voltaire. Ebay coinbowlllc

There really isn't much I can say except that there isn't a variety, and it is straight graded.
MS66
Yikes, 58 to 66, pretty big jump, ye think?

@marcmoish, actually 53-66.
If not 66 my next guess was 45 but it's NGC it could be 68
@PickinndGrinnin, How about an answer and let’s move to a new one.
Just got in, a couple of you were real close. I see no presence of wear. The luster was quite weak though.

Here is another one. Variety and grade.

1909-S/S MS66RB RPM FS-1501
I would say it is a 66RB but it was already taken. So I will go 1909-S/S MS65RB RPM FS-1501
Here is a hint. The improperly mixed alloy makes every detail hard to see.

Here is a closer photo of the date and MM position.
MS65RB, DDO
the buff nickel was a good one.
I don't do varieties and the like, but my gtg is 67RB (only b/c 65 & 66 is taken lol)
The pics look blurred and the date looks doubled but the coin looks good, MS67RD S/S.

Yea, how often do you see 60.
A 60 that does not look like a parking lot find. Basically these can be very high grade technically but with some wear.

It does have an RPM but it does not have an FS#
MS66. Nice Buffalo
Your up!

By the way it is an RPM-001 variety Vista.

MS67, Nice coin.
MS64. I’m assuming the 64RD guess isn’t being allowed.

So MS 65 is correct and CAC doesn’t come into play.
