The pics look blurred and the date looks doubled but the coin looks good, MS67RD S/S.

Really bad pics. Hard to tell what we’re supposed to be looking at. Maybe we should move along to another coin. If you want us to guess, impossible to do with your blurry pictures.

A 60 that does not look like a parking lot find. Basically these can be very high grade technically but with some wear.

The photos are the best I could get. The condition is a 65 and the luster is gem. When this was graded, both NGC and PCGS were down grading improperly mixed alloys.
I will post something with much better pics. I never could get a better photo than that one.

@Coinscratch, FYI the copper/nickel cents of 1859-1864, do not receive a color designation due to their metal composition. Only those of the bronze composition get the BN, RB or RD in this series.
