Will it CAC? Seated Dime edition PCGS MS66 1868-S **Update - Did not CAC.

PCGS MS66 I have owned this since 2014 and in my notes I had it as having a Green bean so I never thought of sending it in. I guess I never did. It arrived yesterday. It was, before I owned it an NGC 67 and NGC still lists it in the POP.

Don't really care if it bean's or not, it's a great coin. Congratulations.
Can't comment. What I see on my monitor shows a pic at least one stop overexposed.

I'm not seeing the luster. Otherwise looks like a beautiful piece.
Nice coin but a C level MS-66 dime. JA is tough on these dimes.
yes it will bean

I cannot see why it would not. Beautiful coin.

As a 66 it should, nice piece!
the ngc auction is in there too, but with worse pictures. for the few SD in that auction i looked at, the ones with color seem lusterless. there was one beaned that was a little less lifeless. then i thought of the old question: did they try it and it failed?
i'm going out on a limb and say yes
Good surface preservation, sharp strike, and lovely original toning.

It did not CAC. It is a POP3/0 coin that was an NGC 67. One of the other 66's is a Eliasberg coin and not as nice. I guess JA thinks GEM and not 66.
I still think it's sweet.
not trying to insult, but i'm wondering what the poor auction images are hiding
No insult, it is clean as a whistle. The die state is mid to late so the fields are not flat but it has a better overall strike than other is MS. I want to get it truviewed so I may send it in but the holder is early 2000's upper 99 so I am hesitant to ruin that part.
ew-viewed (own it pcgs)?
send it to a forum prof photog and get it shot through the holder
