I mentioned him in a post I made a few weeks back, but he never chimed in. I also noticed he had not signed on in a number of years. I hope all is well with him. We used to message from time to time. I used to know Bill’s last name, but I do not recall it now.
I liked his posts too. Life maybe? Other hobbies? Changing landscape in the hobby he cared not too much for? Hope he's well, and maybe he'll be back, as we all come and go here over the years.

I was able to go through my inbox here and I found his last name, as we had traded some coins way back in 2008. I also remembered that he was local to me in southern CT. Unfortunately a search confirmed what I think many of us suspected, he passed away way back in 2017:

Sad news. Did not know he was from Connecticut. Wherever he his, I hope he is enjoying as much New Haven pizza as he wants!

I was hesitant to chime in earlier but I was pretty sure I remembered hearing of his passing.
He was here when I joined and a fixture for years afterward. Lots of the old ones gone.
Sad to hear.

Bill was a good guy and we used to chat in PMs a few years after I joined the forums. I liked chatting with him but I stopped coming as much and we stopped chatting as much.
I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment
