Thanks for all the guesses, assumed most would be higher then actual grade. Personally believe both coins under- graded by 1 by today's standards. Wasn't trying to be deceptive but get both coins in 1 pic which doesn't get direct light on either.
The 82-O does have some very slight scrape on cheek by nose probably from some bag friction or else I'd say it was easily a 65. Luster is a little subdued but that is common for the 82-O coins. The 92-O has a nice strike and luster. Always liked the ANACS rim toning, esp on the 82-O.
Use to have many of these older soap bar holders but sold most over the years, keeping these 2.

Lighting makes it a bit tough for both, especially the 82-O since it could wash out a lot of light chatter.
1892-O: 64
1882-O: 65
92-O - 63
82-O - 64
Around MS64.
92-O 65 (assuming chatter on cheek is as minor as it appears in photo)
82-O 65

Both 65.
92-O…64
82-O….65
The lighting can be too deceptive, I'm not going to try.
