What will the mint do for the 250th birthday in 2026?
Just two years from now. I hope the nation has a big party along with some great coins. What do you think will or should be released?

I hope you're wrong but unfortunately, you're probably right. We don't need the US Mint turning their coin programs into lotteries with rare privy marks on a very small number of their coins.

With a new Treasury Secretary taking office next spring, I think there will be changes to the final coin designs.
The Philadelphia Mint: making coins since 1792. We make money by making money. Now in our 225th year thanks to no competition.

As I pointed out in THAT thread, IMO, too many themes having nothing to do with the period around 1776!
