Real currency?

Got this from my brother quite a few years ago. I don't believe it's genuine, but then again I've seen some currency that was real, but didn't seem to be. Thanks for your replies.

    The paper of a real note is nothing like the paper of these reproductions.

    That 'parchment' paper is a giveaway, as are the signatures that are printed in the same black color as the rest of the design. (Signatures were usually handwritten, typically in brownish ink.)

    Great catch. I totally missed that, but knew it was a reproduction on that fake parchment paper as I have Confederate currency on the same paper w/o the printed word-copy.
