This is a forum for coins. You should really post this in the US and World currency forum.
That being said, I don’t think there would be much value with it being in such poor condition.
Unless a banknote is rare, collectors like their notes in uncirculated condition.
You might also try the "Buy, Sell & Trade Currency forum".
