Do not know what you submitted this time. But, if there is an issue, and the USPS deems your items to be "bullion", their max indemnity is $15.
Might want to consider using Registered next time. It might be slower, but it is more secure due to special handling, and you avoid the "bullion" limitation.
It will get there fine. My record with USPS is 100% inbound and 99.98% shipped, on about 10,000 packages and most were first class or priority.

Notwithstanding, not all shipments are fine. So, the OP buys insurance to protect himself. And, I sincerely hope that he never needs to make a claim. But, if he ever needs to, it would be better for him to understand the 'fine print' beforehand.
Can't remember the name or all of the specifics, but, IIRC, a forumite recently experienced a loss due to this "bullion" provision. Just trying to help someone else potentially avoid the same issue.

Rule # 1: never ever ship overnight on a Friday. I don’t care who the carrier is, that’s the easiest way for packages to go missing. At least you bought the extra insurance.
Rule # 2: never tell anyone what’s in your package. There is absolutely no upside potential for anyone to know.
Your p.o. guy might not be as trustworthy as you think. Even if he is trustworthy he has lips and may inadvertently tell someone else who is not trustworthy.
Addendum: I thought I lived in a safe and secure community. Several months ago a house was broken into and reportedly several million dollars of jewelry and coins were stolen. Someone obviously knew what was in the house.

3 weeks would be nice but I wouldn't be surprised if it were more like 3 months I am sorry to say.

Just curious when you started collecting coins if this is your first time ever submitting coins for grading.
Submitting them is the easy part , for me. Accepting the reality when they return is not so easy for me, sometimes. Enjoy. That is rudimentary.
