Looks to me like AU with possible rim damage.

45-50, rim damage doesn’t bother me, but I see it. I’m no expert, but I am still awake tonight

Edit-might be more like a 40. LIBERTY looks strong, though. Probably time to sleep.

Hair curl shows minimal wear. Feathers weakly struck. Cheek puffy. Not XF.

The obverse has the sharpness of an AU, but no luster. Luster used to be a requirement for AU, but it seems like that is going away.

As for the rims, there could be some very minor damage. It could also small failures on the die collar when the piece was struck. I don't think it changes the grade.

These were not struck as dull finish coins. They had nice luster when they were struck.

Approximately AU53. Why no reverse image?

A common date AU with rim problems. Pass unless very cheap.

I like this one better and it is only a BIN of $75.
    (not my coin.)

I agree it looks better but mine was less than $75. I got mine from a seller in the UK. It was not problem free transaction.

Possibly good collector coin (very clean surfaces) put in 2x2 pass unless really get good pickup, sell nice margin. Looks XF ish 40-50 sounds about right but would need see in hand, decide on grade put on holder. Would go in raw collector coin binder / show sales. CDN Bid xf $44 / CPG $60. Super demand for them.
