PCGS and NGC didn't miss any PL designations although you see people/dealers claim that all of the time. If anything they were too generous with the designations back then. I would never believe anyone claiming that a coin is PL in a PCGS or NGC holder, it's probably semi-PL which is still nice.

I love high grade Morgan's. I have several MS66 & MS66+.
I always wanted an MS67. Be interesting to see how this coin compares to my MS66+ coins.
