It could still be in your trash folder. Mine doesn't automatically clear itself for 30 days.

It wasn’t only for big submitters. I got it and I have only 400 or so graded cards and haven’t submitted a card for grading since 2017.

I didn't get the email, what a bummer. I have a 6-card Value order in progress, my first in 3 years, and I used a $50 "please come back" discount code on that, so maybe that's why.

Got the coupon but it doesn't work with specials. Right now cheapest common card from the '50s grades for $25. That's rough even after coupon. Ends up $17.50 per card, not bad if they were 7s and 8s. But many of them aren't.

Your code is specific your account. Single use. Non transferable.
If you had lost the code, I'm sure PSA would have sent it to you again if you'd ask.
The tricky part would be getting a call through to PSA or responding to emails in time.
It's good to see PSA send out reminder emails.
I'm sure they'll do it at least 1 more time as the Sept 30 expiry date approaches.
