Bullion vs other. Sales tax seems to give a strong advantage to Bullion.

In Florida it’s 6% , so I’m drawn more towards bullion which is not taxed.

    Coins , currency and bullion items are not taxed in Nebraska. Not to worry, we make it up on the property tax.

    From my above link:

    "Sales of gold, silver, and platinum bullion are exempt if the
    sales price exceeds $500 in a single transaction. A single
    transaction could include a combination of gold, silver, or
    platinum bullion."

    PM rounds and bars are bullion.

    North Carolina is exempt on Coins, Currency and Bullion. That wasn’t always the case. I think they made it exempt around the year 2017?

    would welcome an exemption on dollars.

    Likewise South Carolina
