    Bob, there are no 1994 doubled die quarters according to PCGS Coin Facts. Get the app, learn to use it.
    Aside, please have more care when you write. It leaves a better impression.

    It’s doubling, but not doubling caused by a doubled die.

    Looks like machine doubling... not from a doubled die...

    It’s pretty cool for machine doubling, I archive* that kind of interesting stuff. There’s been a 1990 on eBay the past year for which the seller asks forty dollars, it won’t sell for that. Those double-face quarters sell if the price and shipping under ten dollars.
    That coin will not make much dough, but if you’re sincere about numismatics it will lead you learn.

    Yes, it is doubled, but it is not the result of a doubled die. It is due to Machine (or Mechanical) Doubling.

    I’m sure this image has been shared numerous times but this will give you a good visual representation of a true double die and machine doubling ( poor man’s double die)

    Split serrifs is Usually a clear indicator of a true double die.
