Bob, there are no 1994 doubled die quarters according to PCGS Coin Facts. Get the app, learn to use it.
Aside, please have more care when you write. It leaves a better impression.
It’s doubling, but not doubling caused by a doubled die.
Looks like machine doubling... not from a doubled die...

It’s pretty cool for machine doubling, I archive* that kind of interesting stuff. There’s been a 1990 on eBay the past year for which the seller asks forty dollars, it won’t sell for that. Those double-face quarters sell if the price and shipping under ten dollars.
That coin will not make much dough, but if you’re sincere about numismatics it will lead you learn.
*hoard
hi can see the 4 in 1994 it is douling on the 4 thank for your help
Yes, it is doubled, but it is not the result of a doubled die. It is due to Machine (or Mechanical) Doubling.
i dont see it either, sorry

I’m sure this image has been shared numerous times but this will give you a good visual representation of a true double die and machine doubling ( poor man’s double die)
Split serrifs is Usually a clear indicator of a true double die.
