    Is it a troy pound or an actual pound?
    Troy pound is 12 troy ounces.

    Is that a troy pound, or avoirdupois pound?

    1 troy pound = 12 troy ounces = 373.2 grams
    1 av. pound = 16 av. ounces = 453.5 grams

    Lots of times this sort if thing is marked on the edge. Maybe the OP can provide an edge pic.

    Well, does it weigh 373.2 grams (13.16 av. ounces)? If "yes", then I'd lean towards authentic.

    Interesting that the 1991 on the APMEX website says “1LB. Fine Silver” on Rev.
    Whereas OP’s 1991 says “One Pound Fine Silver” on Rev.
