Wow, how silly has this all been. People must have a lot of time on their hand to be entertained this way. Geez.

Was expecting the inevitable $13,000 ebay listing.

    This took an interesting turn.

Taking a lunch break and saw all the developments. All I can say is I am so tired of this trolls coming here and f'ing around with us. Has to be a gate keeping system someday that will check a newbies I.D. and Intent lol, just wishful thinking. But I guess the op and his alt will fade into the sunset now since he has been declothed

If anyone wants more evidence for suspicious collusion between squirrel and historical: check out this thread:
    https://forums.collectors.com/discussion/1100279/r10-1830-unique-coin-variety-dime-listed-on-ebay-legit#latest

Squirrel asks a question about a coin that "someone" was selling on eBay, and historical immediately chimes in that it must indeed be a rare error.

Which in turn makes me suspicious that the 0 over 9 "error" in that old thread might also be photoshopped, and that the "eBay sale" either didn't exist or was a scam.

Waste no more time arguing what a good man should be. Be one.

No point in having an alt if you don't support yourself with it.

All comments reflect the opinion of the author, even when irrefutably accurate.

You are absolutely correct, the alt/op photoshopped it cleaverly to f with us. I commented about this fact in that thread, thanks for pointing that out

If I gave a crap I would parse this text with the text of the prong prodigy. But, my suspicions are enough.

Slick occupies another personality in the other thread right now. Back? Maybe, if he does not alt into a new one.

It does get old, and unfortunately I want to believe so I tend to get caught up for days until someone smarter debunks the theory/scam. :(

Just in case anyone who was following this drama missed it, it seems the mods confirmed the connection between these two IDs. They've both been banned.
