I wonder who Mr. Cougar really is. As an experienced dealer "in the biz since 1990", he must surely always be looking to grow his customer base!

There was a dealer like Cougar over at the CAC forums. Always said dumb stuff.
Consensus became that they were lying about being a dealer, and they never stepped up to prove they actually had any coins for sale. This looks like a repeat of that instance.
