Looks highly suspect to me. Surface as well as the lettering look way off.

Seller notified. Awaiting a response from eBay, though eBay has been VERY DISAPPOINTING with their ridiculous reviews of listings lately.

It looks like they just put some ink inside a modern reproduction. The "Nuln-oil" counterfeit fake look.

Llamas and alpacas are camels. They aren't like camels, or related. They are camels. When was anyone going to tell me this?! How long had Bill Nye been holding out on us?

she must own a shop of sorts and said it came in this week and she thanked me as she said she did not know. I told her to be wary of that person trying it again.

    Sold for 224.50 with 12 bids. :'(

I am a newer collector (started April 2020), and I primarily focus on U.S. Half Cents and Type Coins. Early copper is my favorite.

This is interesting. Never seen a fake for these. Let alone one so obvious.

Having fun while switching things up and focusing on a next level PCGS slabbed 1950+ type set, while still looking for great examples for the 7070.

it's looks really cartoonish for even a modern fake.

Wonder if it could be a gift shop copy from before the Hobby Protection Act required the COPY mark in 1973.
