ok, ignore this thread like the plague if so inclined. very good possibility of stupid, ignorant posts coming up. most likely all of it will be me talking to myself.

am in the hotel, where my wife banishes me too when i buy beer and cards. like she should. i try and do this once a week.

i have walmart boxes of 2008 chrome, and uh.. ummm... uhhh.. topps americana.

i have no camera here or knowledge of how to post photos of my upcoming cool live rip by kshorton.

I will keep my coolness to this thread, and not infect any other threads.

i am too sexy for my cat. the bigger the beer intake, the more pee'd off or happy i will get, based on the contents of these two little boxes.

totally cool.. a 1971 trading card history card.. the real 1971 topps set is the coolest set that exists in all of this universe.

i want an autographed card or something in the next pack.

hot packs ... on sale on ebay.. hot packs... how much does that suck..

it proves there is something beyond standard collecting... what does people that sell hot packs on ebay show you...

my loserness of buying anything new nowadays and expecting the almighty coolness is voided.

there is nothing for sale in a walmart target or whatever store that has not been reseeled.

the friggin scumbag (scumbag defined: 30-40 year old without a real career) that i know that works at a ******* (a big store chain) as a shipping receiver is advising his boss when card shipments come in he stacks the pallets... the next day they are gone, and they return 3-4 days later. nothing we buy now is not re-packaged.

When I joined these boards all I wanted was to learn some insight to the tricks of the trade in this hobby.
I'm new here and this is some disturbing behavior.

Although amusing...i'm sorry I actually kept reading the thread.

Could it be that all of us have some sort of disorder stemmed from childhood trauma...

Addictive behavior multiplied by too much money to spend on cardboard.

No wonder our wives hate us.

I guess it beats being a meth head.

Go snap into a slim jim and rip another pack.

Oh and we all know you're not really in a hotel...do they offer high speed internet in trailer park communities these days?
