Got my 1795 FH Dollar back from PCGS - would like your thoughts

I haven’t posted here in FOREVER, and have largely been absent for coins for the last few years. (Small kids). I used to love this forum in the early 2000s, and learned a ton here, so seemed the natural place to share. Did a submission to PCGS recently, and this is how it came back.

1795 FH Dollar B5 3 Leaves.

God I wish I could photograph a coin like they do.

Have been looking for a half dollar to go with it for quite some time, but everyone I see is just too “white” and scrubby looking.

Anyway, give me any input you’ve got, and thanks for the look. Cheers.

Nice looking FH, but is that some kind of graffiti above Miss Liberty’s bust on the obverse? Possibly someone’s initials with exclamation marks. And a rather noticeable scratch near the date. Here’s a similar FH I own for comparison.

Thats one beautiful dollar. Extremely devoid of scuffs and scratches.

    Holy Cow that is nice!

The overall level of surface preservation and skin is amazing. The marks on Ms. Liberty's portrait are trivial and the scratch from her neck to the date is ancient and blends in with the coin incredibly well. This is a seriously nice looking coin.

Looks veryyy nice! Purely guessing, but my gut instinct (not very experinced) is VG10-12/VF15, maybe 20, but the scratch could knock it down. Could be the weak strike of the era which makes it higher. Saw some others saying 30 etc

Very easy on the eyes 👀. Definitely a nice subdued color.
